 Wafer Transport Cart
An effective wafer transport system manufactured from electro-polished, Type 304 stainless steel.
New (5MFA/BA) cleanroom casters dampen vibration,
minimizing wafer chatter during transit. Four casters included, two with brake.
"Rod Top" style shelf has approximately 2" (51mm) inward pitch to stabilize wafer boats.
ESD Classification: Non-Conductive. (Units can be made conductive with the addition of aluminum split sleeves and a drag cable).
