WP7200 Cleanroom safe ESD wipers are the perfect cleaning choice for materials at risk for damage from static.
The WP7200 is made of 100% continuous polyester filament with conductive yarns designed to dissipate electrical charge and control ESD. It is ideal for wiping exterior areas of products in ESD-sensitive areas as well as cleaning of process tools and other equipment.
Unlike similar wipers that are static dissipative on one side, the WP7200 wipers are static dissipative on both sides to ensure the highest levels of ESD protection. The edges are laser sealed to ensure ultra-low lint and particle generation. The wipers are suitable for Class 100-1000 cleanrooms. The WP7200 wiper is 9”x9” and packaged 150 wipers to a bag.
ESD Properties
The WP7200 ESD Wipers will not generate a significant static charge which makes it a perfect wiping choice for sensitive processes. The dark lines throughout the wiper are conductive carbon, which results in a surface resistance less than 10^11 per ANSI/ESD SP15.1 standards.
