SIMCO Static Control and Cleanroom Products takes a
customized and comprehensive approach to total cleanroom ionization. Proper grounding procedures can efficiently neutralize charges on conductors, but only ionization can eliminate harmful
charges on isolated conductors and insulative materials such as plastics.
SIMCO's Gemini Room Ionization Systems produce positive and negative ions from ideally-spaced ceiling emitters to neutralize
electrostatic charge so particles don't adhere to charged surfaces. Filtered unidirectional airflow sends the ions downward through the
room. In this way, the system provides blanket protection, helping to keep all cleanroom surfaces and product free of static charge.
Introducing the New Gemini G3 Room System.
The Gemini G3 extends it’s performance lead in ionization by reducing the offset voltage and
discharge times in turbulent open room manufacturing environments.
Designed to integrate with the next generation ionization software, G3PM, the Gemini G3 is the most advanced system on the market.
With the added intelligence to monitor and preemptively adjust to the changing condition of the environment,
the Gemini G3 self corrects it’s emitter output to maintain optimized performance throughout the life of the product.
The Gemini G3 features SIMCO’s patented “Peak Reduction” Technology (Pulse Overlap) *. “Peak Reduction” technology enables the Gemini G3 to reduce the offset voltage making it superior to traditional
systems by allowing flexible “pulse-overlap” control of the ionizer’s pulse cycles.
The Gemini G3’s user friendly interface allows for complete management of each emitter’s parameters. This
includes up to 9 independent zones of operation, user selectable thresholds, ion output, pulse timing, and peak reduction settings.
Other features include real-time metering, historic event logging and dynamic graphing of all metered values capable of storing values for up to 1500 emitters. The G3PM software can be programmed to immediately
notify an operator of critical fault conditions via email of up to 10 possible error conditions reducing the operators response time in an alarm condition. Available with ISO Class 1 Grade - CVD SiC Emitters.
